- Swim School 2 Schedule:
- May sign up for 1-3 days per week (max 3x)
- Note: 2-3x is highly recommended for progression into Minis Bronze.
- Mondays: 4:45-5:30pm
- Wednesdays: 4:45-5:30pm
- Fridays: 4:45-5:30pm
- Saturdays: 9:15-10:00am
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Goggles, Long Fins, Training Suit, Water Bottle, VPSC cap (1 Provided with Registration)
FEES:
- $550.00 per day selected + $25 admin fee
- *1 Day/week = $575.00 ($25.00 + $550.00)
- *2 Days/week = $1,125.00 ($25.00 + $550.00 + $550.00)
- *3 Days/week = $1,675.00 ($25.00 + $550.00 + $550.00 + $550.00)
- **For the VPSC Swim School, once a swimmer has attended their first class, the fees will be non-refundable.**

- swim 2 x 25m of the pool unassisted safely
- swim 25m of freestyle
- swim 25m of backstroke
- attempt 10m of dolphin kick
- attempt 10m of breaststroke kick
- attempt a sitting dive or knee dive
ABOUT SS2:
Swim School 2 swimmers will be building on their foundational skills in competitive swimming with a focus on body position, kick and using drills in freestyle and backstroke. This level also focuses on diving into the pool in a streamline position as well as further development in dolphin kick, breaststroke kick, and a brief introduction to breastroke swim.
